The incumbent government has arrested thirty two members of the outlawed Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) in an action against fake news and propaganda.
This was stated by the Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain in a statement on social networking website Twitter on Friday.
The Information Minister has said that a major action has been initiated against fake news and propaganda. He said that more arrests would be carried out in this regard.
Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has said that these people were carrying out hateful propaganda through fake social media accounts.
