The court sent a legal notice to the versatile Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui on the complaint of closure of basic facilities of his wife Aaliya Siddiqui.
According to Indian media sources, two days ago, Alia Siddiqui’s lawyer filed a case accusing her in-laws that the actor and his family had deprived her client of basic amenities like food, a bed, and a bathroom for bathing last week. But the Andheri court of Mumbai has issued a notice to Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
It is pertinent to mention here that earlier Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s mother Mehrunisa Siddiqui filed a case against her daughter-in-law claiming that Aaliya is Nawazuddin’s wife and she has no share in the property.

Aaliya’s lawyer told the Indian media that Alia is legally the wife of Nawazuddin Siddiqui while her mother-in-law filed a case on the property dispute and Alia is deprived of basic facilities in her own husband’s house and There is no right or freedom to fight any kind of case against the abuses done to them.
Indian media says that the hearing of all these cases related to Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya Siddiqui is expected next week.
