ECP chose last week of January for General Elections in Pakistan

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has announced the time for the upcoming general elections.

According to the media reports, the Election Commission of Pakistan held a meeting in Islamabad in this regard today (Thursday, September 21) which reviewed the work of delimitation of constituencies.

After the meeting, the Election Commission of Pakistan said that the general elections will be conducted in the last week of January next year. The ECP decided to publish the preliminary list of delimitation of constituencies on the 27th of this month.

After hearing the objections and suggestions on the preliminary list, the final list of delimitation constituencies will be published on November 30.
