Hamza Saeed won the bronze medal for Pakistan in the World Taekwondo Octagon Diamond Game 2023.

According to the media reports, the Pakistani Player Hamza Saeed bagged a bronze medal in the ongoing World Taekwondo Octagon Diamond Games 2023 today (Tuesday, August 22). He was beaten 0-2 by Korea’s Ryong Woo Lee in the semi-finals.

After losing in the semi-final, Hamza was declared entitled to the bronze medal. He defeated Afghanistan’s Muhammad Ashraf 2-1 in the quarter-finals. Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Aqdasullah Qadeer and Naila won bronze in the Poomsae Event at the World Taekwondo Beach Championship G-2. 

It is pertinent to mention here that the World Taekwondo Octagon Diamond Games are being held in Chuncheon, Korea.
