The Lahore administration has directed the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Prime Minister Imran Khan to travel in a bullet proof vehicle, after advising him to address the Minar-i-Pakistan Jalsa virtually amid severe life threats.
According to media reports, the district administration of Lahore wrote another letter to the PTI leaders regarding the Minar-i-Pakistan Jalsa.

The letter said that former Prime Minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan should travel in a bullet proof vehicle, while the windows and roof of the vehicle should be completely closed. The letter added that the glasses used in the speech during Lahore Jalsa should also be bullet proof.
Earlier in the letter, it was said that Imran Khan should address the Lahore rally through video link.
