The lawyer of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, Latif Khosa was stuck in the lift of Islamabad High Court for 45 minutes.
According to the media reports, the lawyers of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, Latif Khosa, and Naeem Panjotha were in a lift of Islamabad High Court along with other 17 people today (Friday, August 25), which malfunctioned on the second floor.
The rescue team arrived to open the lift after more than 20 minutes of Latif Khosa being trapped in the lift of the Islamabad High Court. After coming out of the elevator, Latif Khosa said that an attempt was made to kill him today.

Latif Khosa exited the elevator when the issue was resolved, but the lift’s ground-floor door was closed. The lawyers continued to pump air through the lift doors with sticks and rods while they waited outside for Latif Khosa.
It is pertinent to mention here that Latif Khosa and others are representing the PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the Toshakhana case in the Supreme Court and High Court after Lawyer Khawaja Haris parted ways with the legal team of Chairman PTI.
The media reports claimed that the renowned lawyer of Pakistan, Khawaja Haris parted ways with Chairman PTI’s legal team in the Toshakhana case. He decided to leave the legal team of Chairman PTI Imran Khan due to concerns over discipline. Khawaja Haris has sent all the case files to the legal team of PTI Chairman Imran Khan. He will not be a lawyer even in the petition pending in the Supreme Court of Pakistan related to the Toshakhana case.
