Katrina Kaif – the Bollywood Diva – has revealed that Merry Christmas was the most difficult film of her career and she also expressed admiration for her co-star in the film, Vijay Sethupathi.
According to the media reports, Katrina Kaif has recently talked about her upcoming film Merry Christmas. Working with filmmaker Sriram Raghavan had long been on her professional want list, she admitted. She stated that the endeavor was the most difficult in her career thus far. The character she plays requires a tremendous emotional and artistic investment, and Raghavan, who is well-known for pushing actors to their limits, provided a rewarding challenge.
The Actress also expressed her admiration for Vijay Sethupathi. She thought he was fantastic and expressed her delight at seeing him fluidly move between Hindi and Tamil takes, demonstrating his versatility and contributing to the film’s unique dynamics. She revealed that delivering her lines in Tamil for the Tamil version complicated the filming procedure. Each scene required two takes, one in each language, presenting the actress with a demanding yet rewarding experience.
Merry Christmas is being created by two prestigious production houses, Tips Films and Matchbox Pictures, with Ramesh Taurani and Jaya Taurani as producers, as well as Sanjay Routray and Kewal Garg. The film has already created a sensation with its eye-catching posters, which exude a vintage appeal that piques the audience’s interest. Notably, Radhika Apte will participate in the film as a cameo. Originally intended for a December 2023 theatrical release, the directors later announced a postponement, and the picture will instead be released on January 12, 2024.
It is pertinent to mention here that Katrina Kaif is now enjoying Tiger 3’s popularity. The film, directed by Maneesh Sharma, has not only won over fans but also received critical acclaim, resulting in significant box office success. Katrina’s performance, particularly in the action parts, has received widespread acclaim. The actress was recently honored to attend the famous Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah.
