Lahore High Court issued the arrest warrant of Inspector General (IG) Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan.
According to the media reports, the Judge of Lahore High Court, Justice Mirza Waqas Rauf issued a written order on Qaisara Elahi’s petition today (Monday, September 11).

Lahore High Court issued the arrest warrant of IG Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan in the case of contempt of court for the arrest of former Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Parvez Elahi despite the release order.
The High Court issued warrants to IG Police Islamabad for non-appearance and ordered IG Islamabad to appear on September 18.
