LHC orders to release PTI Leader Sher Afzal Marwat

The Lahore High Court ordered the release of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice President and Lawyer of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, Sher Afzal Marwat.

According to the media reports, the Lahore High Court gave its verdict at the request of Sher Afzal Marwat’s brother. The Court also declared the MPO order illegal. The court ordered the release of the deputy commissioner on a surety bond.

It is pertinent to mention here that on December 14, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Sher Afzal Marwat was detained by the police outside the Lahore High Court. The reports said that PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat was arrested under 3 MPO.
