Malik Amin Aslam announces to quit PTI

The leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former advisor to Prime Minister during Imran Khan’s regime, Malik Amin Aslam has announced to quit PTI.

According to the media reports, Malik Amin Aslam said that the events of 9th May 9 shocked the country and people like him. He said that on 9th May, the PTI workers took the law into their hands, and the target of the procession was the military installations.

The former PTI leader further stated that the party leadership should have conducted an inquiry. Those who are running with this agenda are not well-wishers of the party, he said.

“I cannot walk with the party with this agenda, I am not under any pressure,” he said, adding that if they do not show indifference to these incidents, someone else is running the agenda of this party.

It is pertinent to mention here that Malik Amin was the adviser on climate change during the PTI Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s regime.
