Peshawar Bomb Blast: At least one killed and three injured


A bomb blast in Peshawar, the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has killed at least one person and injured three others today, (Thursday, May 18th)

According to the local police, the Peshawar blast took place after a bomb planted in a motorcycle exploded. The local police said that they are gathering information on the nature of the blast.

The local police further stated that initial reports suggest that the blast took place when the motorcycle was being repaired. The incident took place near a hotel on the Ring Road in the provincial capital.

The owner of the motorcycle is among the injured. The bomb disposal unit said in a statement that a 200-gram magnet bomb was used in the explosion.
