According to the media reports, PTI Leader Imran Ismail has been arrested from the Defense Phase 8 area of ​​Karachi today (Friday, May 19th). He has been transferred to Derakhshan police station.

The former Sindh Governor has been arrested by government law enforcement agencies and police. He has been arrested in the cases registered at Tipu Sultan and Firozabad police stations.

Police said that Imran Ismail has been handed over to Karachi East Police. He has been arrested in Karachi in anti-terrorism cases.

Karachi Police said that the PTI Leader has been named in the case of arson and encirclement on Shariah-e-Faisal. Cases of arson of Rangers post, prison vehicle, bus, and other cases have already been registered against the former governor of Sindh. Twenty other leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf are also named accused in these cases.
