Nation observes 2nd death anniversary of Ejaz Durrani

Nation observed the second death anniversary of eminent film actor, director and producer Ejaz Durrani today.

According to details. The eminent film actor, director and producer Ejaz Durrani was especially known for portraying Punjabi culture folk heroes in epic love stories such as Heer Ranjha and Mirza Sahiban.

The actor was born in the village Jalalpur Jattan, district Gujrat in 1935. He made a name for himself in the Pakistani film industry and was mostly remembered for his portrayal of Ranjha in the film Heer Ranjha in 1970.

Durrani died in 2021 on this day, and was buried in Lahore.
