Today is being observed as the 5th anniversary of “Operation Swift Retort” in honor of the brave Armed Forces of Pakistan who proved their tenacity and determination in the face of India’s attempt to carry out a mishap.
According to the media reports, the Indian planes that had breached Pakistani airspace were shot down on this day in 2019, an Indian pilot was detained, and the Pakistan Air Force successfully defended the homeland.

According to a statement from Inter-Services Public Relations on the 5th anniversary of Operation Swift Retort, February 27, 2019, was a historic day that showed the professionalism of the Armed Forces and the resolve of the Pakistani people in the face of India’s unjustified aggression, which was driven by political and electoral concerns.
The Armed Forces of Pakistan pledged to retaliate swiftly, forcefully, and without hesitation against any aggression on the Pakistani people, their sovereignty, or their territorial integrity.
