The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed the desire to further expand cooperation with Saudi Arabia.

According to the media reports, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his views while chairing a meeting in Islamabad today (Monday, December 2) regarding Saudi Arabia’s investments in various sectors.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister highlighted that Saudi Arabia is a longstanding friend of Pakistan and has always extended support in difficult times. He expressed satisfaction with the progress of ongoing projects between the two countries.

The meeting has been informed that in a short period, thirty-four memoranda of understanding (MoUs) on investments have been signed between the two countries. Seven of these have been converted into agreements worth 560 million dollars.
