Pakistan, UAE express satisfaction on progress in bilateral relations

The Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi held a telephonic conversation with his United Arab Emirates (UAE) counterpart Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan on Sunday.

During the conversation, both sides have agreed to strengthen cooperation in diverse fields, further facilitate the ease of travel between the two countries and reinforce mutual support in multilateral organizations.

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan have expressed satisfaction on the progress in bilateral relations.

In his remarks, FM Qureshi has conveyed his heartfelt condolences from the government and people of Pakistan on the sad demise of Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Finance Minister of the UAE, Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al-Maktoum.

He also paid rich tribute to the life and services of Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid, remembering him as a good friend of Pakistan.
