The Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs, Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that Pakistan wants to enhance economic linkages with the Kingdom of Bahrain.
According to media reports, Shah Mahmood Qureshi has expressed his views while talking to Bahrain’s Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa in Manama on Thursday.
On the occasion, the Foreign Minister has said that Pakistan has been following the agenda of economic development under the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
During the meeting, both the leaders have also discussed affairs pertaining to welfare of the Pakistani community in Bahrain.
In his remarks, the Bahrain’s Crown Prince has appreciated Pakistani community’s positive role in progress of Bahrain. He also commended the cooperation of Pakistan in enhancing defence capability of Bahrain.
Bahrain’s Crown Prince also conveyed his good wishes for PM Imran Khan and the people of Pakistan.
