Karishma Ali, the Pakistani footballer, made it to the Forbes list of 30 under 30! She is the first girl from Chitral to play football on both national as well as international level.
According to media reports, Karishma Ali is 21-year-old and the founder of the Chitral Women’s Sports Club. She is responsible for training 60 girls and simultaneously encouraging their participation in sports. She also represented Pakistan at the Jubilee Games in Dubai, her team was the first women’s team from Pakistan to participate in the AFL International Cup.
She celebrated the moment of glory with fans of Twitter and gave a shout-out to her father who supported her dreams.
She wrote, “Baba, look how far we’ve come.”
