The Pakistani politicians including the President of Pakistan Dr Arif Alvi mourned the demise of the Tragedy King of Bollywood Dilip Kumar who breath his last at the age of 98 in Mumbai, India.

In a tweet, President Dr Arif Alvi has extended condolences to the family and fans of Dilip Kumar. He said, “Sorry to see Dilip Kumar (Yusuf Khan) depart from his worldly abode. An outstanding actor, a humble man, and a dignified personality. Condolences to the immediate family and his huge family of admirers. May his soul rest in peace. اِنَّا لِلّٰہِ وَاِنَّآ اِلَیْہِ رَاجِعُوْنَ”

The Opposition Leader Shahbaz Sharif has also mourned the death of legendary actor and said in a statement on Twitter that Peshawar’s Yusuf Khan reigned for many years in Bollywood as Dilip Kumar and today, left the world in the form of a legend.

“Condolences to the immediate family and his huge family of admirers. May his soul rest in peace,” Shahbaz Sharif added.

The Interior Minister of Pakistan, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said that there is no one like Dilip Kumar. He said he found Kumar, in his encounters with the actor, a “charming personality”.

Many other Pakistani politicians have also paid a rich tribute to the legendary actor Dilip Kumar.
