Minister of State for Petroleum Musadik Malik said that the penalty for losing a cipher is 3 years.

According to the media reports, the Minister of State for Petroleum made these remarks regarding the cipher penalty during a press conference in Islamabad today (Thursday, July 20th).

During the press conference, Musadik Malik said that the cipher passes through the eyes of only 2 or 3 people, and the security of the cipher is the responsibility of Chairman PTI Imran Khan. He said that the way Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf tried to sink the IMF program is in front of everyone.

The Minister of State for Petroleum further stated that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf sacrificed the Constitution, the country, and the state to achieve its political goals.
