The Prime Minister (PM) of Pakistan Imran Khan has said on Friday that his life is in danger, as the threat of the no-confidence motion to oust him from office looms.
According to media reports, the Prime Minister has said that he is aware of the conspiracy to assassinate him since August 2021.
Earlier, the security agencies of Pakistan had revealed that they have discovered a plot against PM Imran Khan. They said that attempts to assassinate the Prime Minister were being planned.

The Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Fawad Chaudhry has said that in line with the decision of the government, the security of PM Imran Khan has been tightened.
In a tweet, the Information Minister said, “Security agencies have reported that a plan to assassinate Prime Minister Imran Khan has surfaced. After these reports, the security of the prime minister has been increased as per the government’s decision,” Fawad tweeted.
