Aleksandr Lukashenko – the President of the Republic of Belarus – has arrived in Islamabad on a three-day visit to Pakistan today (Monday, November 25).
According to the details, the Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif received the visiting dignitary at the Nur Khan airbase, Rawalpindi this evening. During the visit, President Aleksandr Lukashenko and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will hold wide-ranging talks on bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.

In addition, the two countries will hold delegation-level talks. Several Memorandums of Understanding will also be signed to strengthen Pakistan-Belarus collaboration in a variety of sectors.
A high-level team of sixty-eight members, led by Belarus’ Foreign Minister, arrived in Pakistan yesterday. The delegation includes major officials from Belarus’ cabinet, as well as significant business leaders and investors. The Belarusian President’s visit to Pakistan highlights the two nations’ strong and expanding partnership.
