The President of Pakistan, Dr Arif Alvi has conferred military awards on the personnel of the three armed forces for their meritorious contributions in their respective fields.
According to media reports, the President has awarded the military personnels in a investiture ceremony at Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad on Wednesday.
During the ceremony, the President has decorated the 47 awards of Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military) and 13 Sitara-e-Basalat on officers and personnel of the three armed forces.
