The bail application of PTI Lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat is accepted by the District and Sessions Court Islamabad in the case of a scuffle in a TV program.
According to the media reports, in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad today (Monday, October 2), Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra heard the bail application filed by PTI lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat related to the scuffle case in the TV program.
In the District and Sessions Court Islamabad, Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra granted bail to Sher Afzal till October 4 on a surety of PKR 5,000.

It is pertinent to mention here that a case was registered against the Lawyer of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Sher Afzal in Abpara Police Station on the complaint of Senator Afnan Ullah. During a TV program, there was a scuffle between Sher Afzal and Senator Afnan Ullah.
The Lawyer of Imran Khan approached the session court for pre-arrest bail in the case of a scuffle during the TV program. He filed a bail application in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Sikandar Khan.
Lawyer Sher Afzal said about himself while talking to the media in court that I am also a black belt and a black coat. He said that they are telling the Londoner that the treatment has been done, they are praying that the Londoner should come to Pakistan. He also said that if someone moves his feet again, the Londoner’s platelets may drop again.
