Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was elected as the President of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.
According to the media reports, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has been elected unopposed president of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz for four years in the general council meeting of the party.

During the general council meeting of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, Ahsan Iqbal was elected as the General Secretary of PMLN while Maryam Nawaz has been elected as the chief organizer of the party.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has been elected unopposed as the President of Muslim League-N for Overseas and International Affairs, while Ishaq Dar has also been elected as the Finance Secretary of Muslim League-N.
Attaullah Tarar has been elected Deputy Secretary General of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.
