TLP Leader Zaheer-ul-Hassan Shah was arrested from Okara on the charge of threatening to kill the Chief Justice of Pakistan.

According to the media reports, the Deputy Ameer of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan Zaheer-ul-Hassan Shah was arrested from Okara on the charge of threatening to kill the Chief Justice of Pakistan. He was hiding at an unknown location in Okara.

Zaheer-ul-Hassan Shah, the leader of the TLP, is the subject of a complaint filed at the Qila Gujar Singh police station. He is charged with making unfounded accusations and threatening to assassinate Pakistan’s Chief Justice. The Anti-Terrorism Act, religious intolerance, sedition, and pressure on the court are all factors in this case. The clauses about Supreme Court contempt, interfering with government operations, and obstructing legal obligations are also included in the case.

A lawsuit was filed against 1500 workers, including TLP Naib Ameer, when Pir Zaheer-ul-Hassan allegedly propagated hate speech against the Supreme Court by staging protests outside the Press Club, according to the FIR.
