Governor Syed Mehdi Shah invites Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar to visit Gilgit-Baltistan

The Governor of Gilgit-Baltistan, Syed Mehdi Shah has invited the caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar to visit Gilgit-Baltistan and address the Legislative Assembly.

According to the media reports, the Governor of Gilgit-Baltistan Syed Medi Shah called on caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar in Islamabad today (Tuesday, August 15). He congratulated the newly appointed caretaker Prime Minister on assuming the office and expressed his good wishes.

During the meeting, Governor Syed Mehdi Shah said that the appointment of a caretaker Prime Minister from Balochistan will strengthen the federation. He also invited the Prime Minister to visit Gilgit-Baltistan and address the Legislative Assembly. He informed the Prime Minister about the ongoing development projects in Gilgit, including infrastructure projects and progress on Karakoram University, and also invited him to their inauguration.

The Caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar thanked the Governor of Gilgit-Baltistan for his good wishes.
