Pakistan won the Deaf International Cricket World Cup 2024 today (Wednesday, March 13) at Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

According to the media reports, the deaf cricket team of Pakistan won the 14th Deaf International Cricket World Cup played in Sharjah, UAE. A total of six teams participated in the Deaf International Cricket World Cup 2024 including Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, and Australia.
It is to be mentioned here that the Pakistan deaf cricket team led by Zaka Ahmed Qureshi beat Sri Lanka in the final by 88 runs.
The Pakistan Cricket Board has congratulated the team with a post on its official Instagram account. PCB shared a picture of the winning team with the trophy and wrote, “Congratulations to the Pakistan Deaf Cricket Team for winning the DICC T20 World Cup 2024 👏🏅Pakistan remained unbeaten in the tournament and defeated Sri Lanka in the final by 88 runs.”
