Shehbaz, Raisi inaugurates 100MW Polan-Gabd electricity transmission line
Pakistani Premier Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif along with Iranian President Seyed Ebrahim Raisi inaugurated a 100 MW Polan-Gabd electricity transmission line project from Iran to Gwadar at the Mand-Pishin crossing point of the Pakistan-Iran border today (Thursday, May 18th).
According to the media reports, apart from the Polan-Gabd electricity transmission line project, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Seyed Ebrahim Raisi also inaugurated a sustenance marketplace at the Mand-Pishin crossing point.

The Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb said that the project was pending since 2009 and has been completed in the record time of four months under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Marriyum Aurangzeb furher stated that the project will unleash development, trade, business, and employment opportunities contributing to the future prosperity of the people of Gwadar and Balochistan.
