The Prime Minister Imran Khan has congratulated the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for providing free health coverage to all residents of the province under the Sehat Sahulat Programme.
According to details, the Prime Minister has congratulated the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government in a statement on social networking website Twitter on Monday.
Imran Khan further stated that about 40 million people will receive free healthcare of upto Rs. 1 million every year in more than 400 hospitals — both public and private.
“Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was the first province in the country to provide universal health coverage for its residents,” he added.
