The Prime Minister Imran Khan has appreciated the ongoing efforts and expressed satisfaction over the performance of National Intelligence Coordination Committee (NICC).
According to media reports, the Prime Minister has visited the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) headquarters on Wednesday. He was recieved by the Director General of ISI Leutanent General Faiz Hameed.

On the occasion, Imran Khan has chaired a special meeting of recently established NICC at ISI Secretariat Islamabad on Wednesday. The Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, Information Minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain and the Heads of Services’ Intelligence Agencies, Intelligence Bureau and Federal Investigation Agency have also attended the meeting.
During the meeting, a comprehensive briefing followed by discussion on enhanced intelligence cooperation was held.
It is to be mentioned here that National Intelligence Coordination Committee is a platform for Intelligence Coordination for unified and wholesome National Intelligence Assessment and it was notified by the Government on January 22 this year.
