Shahnawaz Dahani the leading wicket-taker of PSL6

The 22-year-old right-arm young pacer from Multan Sultans team, Shahnawaz Dahani has reclaimed his position as the leading wicket taker of Pakistan Super League 2021.

According to details, the emerging pick for Multan Sultans aims to keep the ‘Fazal Mahmood’ cap on till the end of the PSL6 tournament. He took four wickets, conceding only five runs against the Lahore Qalandars Friday night. He surpassed Lahore Qalandars fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi on the table of leading wicket takers in the tournament.

Multan Sultans pace sensation from Larkana, Shahnawaz Dahani has taken 18 wickets in eight matches at an average of 14.00 with a strike rate of 9.7. He has taken four wickets in a single match twice in the tournament, so far.

In same match, Lahore Qalandars fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi had pushed himself to the top of the league and took 3 wickets. He has completed half century of wickets in Pakistan Super League.

Shaheen Afridi has 16 wickets and is now at second position on the list, while Peshawar Zalmi’s Wahab Riaz has taken 14 wickets, Lahore Qalandars’ James Faulkner 13, and Islamabad United’s Hasan Ali has taken 12 wickets in PSL6 so far.
