Sonam Bajwa in Pakistani designer wear to stun her fans

Sonam Bajwa – the stunning talented actress of the Indian Punjabi Film Industry – is often spotted in Pakistani couture and designer pieces to stun her fans while dressed head-to-toe in Pakistani designer wear.

According to the details, Punjabi actress Sonam Bajwa recently wore Erum Khan Couture in a modern take on the traditional Punjabi dress of a short-length kameez and flared shalwar. The cerulean blue ensemble was made comprised of a kameez that was cut off mid-thigh and paired with a sharara, which changed up the silhouette. She posted multiple pictures of herself in the outfit on her Instagram account and wrote, “This look from Erum Khan Couture for GCC premiere was by far my favorite look. And if you see me repeat this look in the future, don’t be surprised.”

Sonam chose a distinctive Swarovski-crystal-and-sequin-embellished three-piece ensemble by Pakistani fashion label Muse Luxe for one of the premieres of her most recent film Carry on Jatta 3 (2023). Muse Luxe is known for its use of brightly colored Swarovski crystals and sequin work over a rich fabric canvas. The raw silk kameez was cut in an A-line shape and sewn in a lengthier length, with the exception of some double crystalline straps with crystal work that continued onto the neckline.

Sonam Bajwa also wore Zara Shahjahan while promoting her film Jind Mahi in 2022. Zara is regarded as one of Pakistan’s pioneers of designer lawns, and she has amassed a devoted following of followers and customers over the years. Sonam wore an emerald green printed lawn shirt with a stunning pink embroidered neckline, a flowing plain white gharara, and a vibrant patterned dupatta. She accented her costume with similar green bangles on both wrists and huge silver metal oxidized jhumkas to complete the desi aesthetic.

During the promotions of Jind Mahi, the Indian Punjabi actress also all-black look by young and fast-growing Pakistani designer Hussain Rehar.

Sonam Bajwa was also seen donning and flaunting a unique Hussain Rehar look on Instagram, which she wore to the launch of her film Main Viyah Nahi Karona Tere Naal (2022). The costume was an unusual mix of a traditional silhouette and modern ornamentation. The attire was made in a classic short-length kameez and gharara pair using rich gold velvet.
