Cyclone Biparjoy Karachi Distance: The Meteorological Department said that Cyclone Biparjoy is 360 km south of Karachi and 355 km southwest of Thatta.

According to the media reports, the Meteorological Department has revealed the Cyclone Biparjoy Karachi distance in a statement today (Wednesday, June 14). The cyclone will change its direction and move towards the northeast today, according to the Meteorological Department

The Meteorological Department further stated that the cyclone may hit the Kati Bandar area in Pakistan and the coastal areas of Indian Gujarat tomorrow (June 15) afternoon or evening. Karachi is expected to have partly cloudy, hot, and humid weather during the next 24 hours due to the storm.

Thunderstorms and strong dusty winds are likely in the afternoon or evening, with gusts of up to 40 km/h or more. Karachi recorded a minimum temperature of 29 degrees Celsius today, while the maximum temperature could reach 36 to 38 degrees Celsius.

In Shahr-i-Quaid, the speed of the winds blowing from the southwest direction is 25 kilometers per hour, in which the humidity ratio is recorded at 69%.

The National Disaster Management Authority and other related authorities have started the preparation for dealing with any unwanted situation. Pakistan Army has also shifted the people to a safe place.
