An FIR was registered against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat in the Islamabad Police Station Secretariat today (Friday, October 20).
According to the media reports, the first investigation reports stated that PTI Lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat tortured the police constable yesterday (Thursday, October 19). A case has been registered against the PTI Lawyer under the provisions of murder and obstructing the road.

It is pertinent to mention here that yesterday when Lawyer Afzal Marwat reached the Supreme Court to appear in the case of former Speaker of National Assembly Asad Qaiser, he got confused with a citizen at the gate and the fight escalated into a scuffle.
Marwat said that the citizen abused him unnecessarily and he did not know the person. According to eyewitnesses, the citizen had gone to the police station secretariat to file an application, while Marwat refused to talk further.
