FM Jalil Abbas Jilani and Hossein Amir Abdollahian agree to promote peace b/w Pakistan and Iran

Caretaker Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani and his Irani Counterpart Hossein Amir Abdollahian have agreed to further strengthen bilateral relations between Pakistan and Iran.

According to the media reports, the Foreign Minister of Iran Hossein Amir Abdollahian reached Pakistan on an official tour. He called on the Caretaker Foreign Minister of Pakistan Jalil Abbas Jilani in Islamabad today (Monday, January 29).

During the meeting, Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani and his Irani Counterpart Hossein Amir underscored the importance of robust dialogue and cooperation as the pathway for a positive, forward-oriented, and upward trajectory in bilateral relations. The two sides also agreed to work towards promoting the mutually desired goals of peace and prosperity, based on mutual respect and a collective approach to address common challenges.
