Mountaineer Sarbaz Khan becomes first Pakistani to climb 13 peaks above 8,000 meters

Mountaineer Sarbaz Khan from Gilgit-Baltistan became the first Pakistani to climb 13 peaks above 8,000 meters.

According to the media reports, Mountaineer Sarbaz Khan climbed the world’s sixth highest peak ‘Chayo’ in China with a height of 8188 meters without artificial oxygen. He is the only Pakistani to complete the 10-eight thousand without oxygen.

The reports further stated that Sarbaz Khan started his advance from Camp One last night to reach this peak. He now only has to climb the Sheshapangma peak to complete ‘Mission 14’ which he will complete this mission in this season.
