Due to the prudent policies of incumbent government the national economy is now on right track, the President Dr. Arif Alvi has said, adding that Pakistan has emerged as economic hub in the region.
According to media reports, the President has made these remarks while addressing a ceremony of PROTON CKD plants in Karachi on Wednesday.

On the occasion, Dr Arif Alvi has welcomed the locally manufacturing units of automobile in the country and stressed the need to equip the youth with vocational skills to meet market needs. He said that focus should be on increase in trade activities.
The President further stated that the investment friendly policies of the government have attracted investors and that is why the Pakistan Pavilion in Dubai EXPO is unique among all pavilions. He stressed upon the need of promoting image of the country in comity of nations.
